Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Eles Ismailov, the developer of Money Void ("we"). By using the Money Void app or website you agree to them. The app on the App Store is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two differ, these terms apply between you and us.

The service

Money Void helps you record and understand your own finances: accounts, transactions in several currencies, statistics, reminders, an AI assistant, and moving your history over from other apps. It's free to use. It isn't a bank and doesn't move money; it only keeps the records you enter.

Not financial advice

Nothing in Money Void is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Currency conversions use daily reference rates and are approximate. The AI assistant can make mistakes: check anything important before you rely on it.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Money Void. You're responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us at support@money-void.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You can export them as a CSV file at any time and delete your account with all of its data in the app. How we handle your data, including what is sent to AI services, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Imports

When you send us a file from another app, you confirm it's your own data. We prepare it, you see a summary, and nothing is added until you confirm it in the app. You can undo an import for 30 days.

Fair use

Don't try to access other people's data, break or overload the service, reverse-engineer it to misuse it, or use the assistant for anything unlawful. We may limit use of the assistant (for example, a daily number of messages) and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Money Void and may change or remove features. We try to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free; keep your own export if your records matter to you. If we ever shut the service down, we'll tell you in advance so you can export your data. Important changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new date.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending

You can stop using Money Void and delete your account at any time. These terms stop applying when your account is deleted.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without depriving you of protections given by the laws of the country where you live.
